Welcome to MAI e-Commerce. By subscribing to our services online, you’re agreeing to the terms outlined below – so please take a moment to read them.

1. Our Services

We provide Digital Marketing services on a monthly retainer basis. These services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Email Marketing

  • Social Media Advertising

  • Google Ads Management

  • Strategy & Coaching

  • Shopify and eCommerce Support

Each subscription is tailored to your business needs and outlined in your personalised Retainer Service Agreement.

2. Monthly Retainer Subscription

Our services run on a monthly subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Be billed monthly in advance

  • Provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice to cancel

To cancel, simply email info@mai-e.com with your request. We’ll confirm your final billing date and continue services until the end of your notice period.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due monthly in advance via the payment method provided at sign-up. Missed or failed payments may result in a pause or cancellation of services until the account is up to date.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services (time and expertise-based), we do not offer refunds for any unused time or partial months once work has commenced.

5. Data & Privacy

We collect your information so we can provide our services effectively. This may include your name, contact details, business information, and relevant marketing data.
Your data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties unless required to deliver services you’ve requested or by law.
